Our Team

The heart of transformation is human connection.

Innovation lives in the tension between where we’ve been and where we are going. We harness this tension, turning human complexity into collective capability.

By fusing pedagogical expertise with developmental science, Emma Ludwick, EdM and Bailey Ubellacker, PhD, are cultivating a future where technology supports the human development and connection necessary for every learner to thrive.

We meet your team exactly where they are. By collaborating for your unique context, we ensure new learning translates into immediate, intentional impact.

Meet Our Team

While the world is racing to build more powerful LLMs, we're focused on the other side of the equation: the human. Our work is about educating humans able to use these incredible tools to build a thriving future. That, for us, is the most exciting and necessary endeavor of our time.

Emma Ludwick, EdM

Learn. Adapt. Lead.

At EducAIted, we are architecting the future of learning for the Age of AI.

We bridge human development, pedagogy, and generative AI to cultivate the human agency needed for complex transformation. Every partnership is rooted in the human context, blending educator wisdom with developmental science to ensure technology serves the learner first.

For Learners

A Trajectory for Flourishing

We champion the intellectual agency required to thrive in an automated world. We believe learning is a transformative journey that demands intentionality across every dimension of human growth. Our work ensures technology serves as a powerful scaffold, supporting the mindsets and skills essential for a flourishing life.

For Educators & School Leaders

The Architects of Learning

An inspired educator is the most powerful catalyst in the educational ecosystem. We amplify their impact by equipping all educators to become Teacher Leaders and Architects of Learning. We move beyond basic AI literacy to foster informed agency. Our approach helps educators integrate GenAI in ways that both promote and safeguard the learner's 'generative struggle,' the essential effort that leads to growth and understanding. By prioritizing human-led feedback, action research, and deep relational connection, we honor the researched, neurobiological foundations of how humans learn.

For the Future of Education

Beyond the Industrial Paradigm, Towards Learning Organizations

We are leading a fundamental shift towards learning organizations for Learner Flourishing. We approach GenAI as a tool and catalyst for human potential. By balancing technological innovation with deep human insight, we ensure the future of learning prioritizes purpose, not just automation.

EducAIted Spotlight: Nueva Innovative Learning Conference

EducAIted was honored to speak at the 2026 Nueva Innovative Learning Conference about navigating the tensions of AI integration into K-12 education. The seminar sparked dynamic conversations about the purpose of education, the transformation of schools into learning organizations, and the importance of innovative teacher leaders.  Thank you to all the wonderful educators in attendance for their work and thoughtful contributions!

EducAIted helped my team to know when and how to collaborate with AI tools with integrity and accuracy for our work. We learned not just what AI agents can do, but how and why they work so that we stay grounded in our research, productivity, knowledge contributions, and impact.
