Transforming Teaching and Learning. Empowering Educators. Innovation for Human Flourishing.
Our mission is to prepare every learner to thrive in a complex and unfolding future.
We know the full potential of every learner is unlocked by their surrounding network of mentors, schools, and support systems. That’s why we partner with dedicated organizations and educators to catalyze positive transformation. Our unique approach fuses cutting-edge learning science with pedagogical expertise to strategically integrate technology and innovate educational practices. This partnership creates dynamic learning environments that actively cultivate the skills that matter most: curiosity, critical thinking, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence. We are guided by one unwavering principle: technology must be a tool that deepens learning and connection, empowering educators to nurture every learner's growth.
At the heart of EducAIted is a team driven by the belief that technology's true purpose is to unlock and amplify human potential. This conviction is embodied by our co-founders, Emma Ludwick, EdM and Bailey Ubellacker, PhD, who unite deep pedagogical expertise with rigorous developmental science to build a future where every learner thrives.

At EducAIted, we are shaping the future of learning for the Age of AI. Our approach is unique, uniting deep expertise in human development, pedagogy, and artificial intelligence. We build understanding and agency. Every collaboration is grounded in the human context—integrating student developmental needs, educator wisdom, and institutional goals to ensure technology serves the learner above all else.
For Learners
The age of rote memorization is over. We champion the growth of curious, creative, skilled, and resilient individuals, because their holistic development is the key to building meaningful lives, vibrant communities, and unlocking AI's true potential for all of humanity.
For Educators
An inspired teacher is the most powerful force in education. Our mission is to amplify their impact in the AI era. We provide the essential training and pedagogical frameworks that equip educators with the mindset and skills to navigate change and guide a new generation. We want to empower educators to focus on what humans do best: mentorship, understanding, connection, and inspiration.
For the Future of Education
Our work is a fundamental shift in perspective, architecting the move away from the industrial era's educational influence and toward human flourishing. We are dedicated to building a new educational system where the cultivation of human creativity, intelligence, and dynamic skills serve as the core metrics of success. In this model, AI is a bridge to more human-centered learning, built upon an essential partnership between human insight and artificial intelligence tools.
